“Yvette is amazing. I started working with her at my job and when I was put on active military orders she was willing to work with my crazy schedule and make it a one on one experience. I have some common injuries and we are working through them. She understands the body and is willing to take things slow throughout the session. Our class is a teleconference session and she really focuses on your body and your moments. She wants to see the placement of your feet and hips the most. I love her session and will continue to work with her. She has helped me stretch the much needed injury areas and with that I have already started to feel it working.
