Please stretch before and after the race 😀
There are many ways to do just that; here are 3 quick ones!
(1) Lunges, like low lunge, warrior 1 & 2 and also dancer’s pose* open up the hip flexors
(2) Downdog stretches the hamstrings and calves
(3) Toega** stretches the toes & sole of the foot
